It is about a 25 minute drive into Kremmling from Big Horn Park. This subdivision is more private and remote, with an electronic gate to access the area. There are approximately 167 lots in the subdivision ranging anywhere from 2 acres to 14 acres. Dues to the HOA are $225.00 per year and includes road maintenance. The HOA has quarterly board meetings, a yearly cleanup and yearly association meeting. There are several homes and lots for sale in Big Horn Park. One of the nicer aspects of the subdivision is it's proximity to public lands.
